  • Starting Time & Km will count from our Garage to Garage.

  • Interstate taxes, Toll taxes, Parking charges will extra as per actual (slips will produce on demand).

  • Local minimum 10hrs will be charged.

  • Driver night charges Rs 200/- will be charged after 10PM.

  • Drive daily allowance or Rs. 200/- will be charged in out station tours. 

  • Cancelation charges of Rs 500/- will be charged, if booking canceled before 6 hrs.

  • For outstation minimum average 250 Km Per day will be charged.

  • Bookings will confirm against advance payment only.

  • All rates are in Indian Rupee.

  • GST 5% applicable on total bill amount.

  • Guests are requested to get the vehicle inspected by themselves prior to use. They are also requested to keep their personal belongings in their own custody. We do not shoulder any responsibility for loss.

  • In case the type of car as per requisition is unavailable for some unforeseen reasons, a similar type of car shall be provided to the guest.

  • Sight-seeing shall be as per the itinerary only on motor able roads.

  • Driver may not be compelled to drive at a higher speed than the stipulation under Indian Motor Vehicle Act.Guest are requested to refrain from taking a late night travel.

  • For the better convenience of the Guests, Magenta Tours shall arrange to pay Parking Fee/Toll Charges and Inter-State Border Permit Charges which shall be reimbursed by the Guest to chauffeur on production of Receipts at the close of duty.

  • On local duties, Chauffeur’s Night Allowance shall be charged between 22.00 Hrs to 06.00 Hrs. All other additional charges to be paid to him in cash during course of use.

  • While driving on Ghat roads, Air-Conditioning shall remain switched off.

  • In order to avoid Traffic-jam and other unforeseen situations which may cause delay,  sufficient prior notice to be given for Airport/Railway transfers.

  • Trip-Sheets are required to be signed by the user to authenticate the use. Subsequent complaints are not entertained.

  • Guests are requested to assess our quality and performance and fill up the “Feedback” form to be presented to them by the Chauffeur. This will help us serve you better.

  • The bills shall be raised on Client/Guest unless otherwise specified in writing. The mode of payment must be clearly advised at the time of booking.

  • Bills shall be presented to on Fortnight-basis. Magenta Tours allows maximum 15 days credit from the date of receipt of Bill on execution of an Agreement. For extension of Credit Time Magenta Tours may be requested in writing at least within 48 hours of receipt of bill.

  • The above Tariff is subject to proportionate exclamation in the event of hike on cost of Fuel or Govt. Tax components.

  • Up gradation of vehicle at Bhubaneswar is entirely at the discretion of Magenta Tours.

  • Payments may be settled by cash or by a/c payee Cheque/DD/P.O. drawn in favor of “Forro Services Pvt Ltd.” Payments may also be settled by Credit Card/RTGS or NEFT ( Payment by credit card will be charge 3% extra).

  • For settlement through Credit Card, Card No. and Expiry Date must be mailed at the time of Booking. In case the access is dishonored, the booking Client/Guest has to replenish by cash.

  • In case of payment settled through RTGS/NEFT, Magenta Tours must be advised of the details.

  • In case of cash settlement of Rs.25000.- or more, copy of the PAN card of the Client/Guest to be furnished.


  • All our customers are request to make complete full and final payment of hired taxi fare before or at the time of closing of tour.
  • Parking & Toll Gate Charges, Night Halt Charge, Permit fees, Driver DA (where applicable), payable by clients, slips will be produced on demand.
  • In case of mishappening or break down, we shall require time for arrange other vehicle or repairing of the vehicle, however if client make their own arrangements we will charge till the particular point.
  • Magenta Tours will not liable to pay any compensation due to technical failure in vehicles or because of any accident resulting to loss of productivity or loss of working man hours.
  • In case of any complaint we must be informed at the time only to enable us to resolve immediately complaints after taking the services will not be entertained at all.
  • Magenta Tours will not be responsible for any kind of delays and alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport vehicles, bad weather condition, sickness of drivers, landslides in hilly area, political closures or any kind of unavoidable circumstances.
  • All the calls made to our call centre are recorded by us for quality and training purpose.
  • Magenta Tours has the right to use the customer contact details for its own marketing purpose.
  • Magenta Tours will not be responsible directly or indirectly for any kind of loss, injury or damage to person, property due to any type of natural calamities, fire, accident, breakdown, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages or anything beyond our control.
  • We have third party insurance policy covering the Accidents to passengers traveling in our vehicles. The claim has to be settled with the insurance company and our vendors directly as per rules and regulations.
  • Magenta Tours has right to change the Tariff & other terms & conditions without clients notice. After amendment it will appear in our websites
  • Magenta Tours is owned and operated by Forro Services Pvt Ltd.
  • All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar legal jurisdiction only.
